Rev. Gary J. Dierolf, Executive Pastor
Our Executive Pastor, The Rev. Gary J. Dierolf, strives to tailor each and every couple's ceremony to their expectations and sometimes beyond. Ordained in 2000, Pastor Gary received his Master of Divinity from Trinity Theological Seminary. As the Executive Pastor, Pastor Gary oversees the day-to-day operations of the ministry and also works closely with its Board of Directors.
He is involved with various activities in the Berks County area. He serves as the chaplain of the Berks County Association of Graveyard Preservation, and is on various committees within the Oley Valley Community Fair Association. Pastor Gary is also a charter member of the Oley Valley Optimist Club.
Pastor Gary's ministry journey has lead him to serve as a chaplain with Kutztown Manor and also ManorCare Health Services of West Reading, PA. He serves as the pastor of Christian Light Fellowship Church. Prior to Christian Light Fellowship, he serves as a supply pastor for various churches.

Rev. Dr. Chris Jones, Senior Pastor
Our Senior Pastor, The Rev. Dr. Chris Jones, joined Christian Light Ministries in April of 2008. Pastor Chris also served as our Associate Pastor. He has served several churches in Berks County and beyond. Ordained in 1981, Pastor Chris received his Master of Arts degree from Lancaster Theological Seminary. He has also received an Honorary Doctorate degree from the Church of Christ Bible College in Mandras, India.
Pastor Chris is a chaplain with Heartland Hospice in the Lebanon/Pottsville area. In his spare time, he enjoys Nascar, riding motorcycles and dancing. Like Pastor Gary, Pastor Chris also enjoys working with couples at one of the most happiest times in their lives and we welcome his as our Senior Pastor.

Rev. Brydie L. Harris, Senior Pastor
Our Senior Pastor, The Rev. Brydie L. Harris, joined Christian Light Ministries in October of 2009. He has served several churches in Berks, Lancaster and Schuylkill County. Ordained in 2001, Pastor Brydie received his Master of Divinity from Evangelical School of Theological located in Myerstown, PA.
Pastor Brydie is a chaplain with Covenant Home Care in the Berks County area. In his spare time, he enjoys football, food, and the Reading Phillies with his wife Melinda. Like Pastor Gary, Pastor Brydie also enjoys working with couples at one of the happiest moments in their lives and we welcome him as our Senior Pastor.

Mrs. Jennifer P. Dierolf, Ministry Secretary
Jennifer serves as our ministry secretary. This is normally the first person who you come in contact with when calling for information. Jennifer joined Christian Light Ministries in June of 2002, and enjoys working with brides and helping them with different ideas for their ceremony.
Jennifer can be seen helping both pastors with ceremonies by guiding the bridal party down the aisle, operating the Bose system, greeting your guests as they arrive and various behind the scene tasks.
Jennifer is a Registered Nurse for Heartland Hospice in the Reading area. Jennifer likes to cook, bake, and read in her spare time.

Ms. Teresa Bashore, Wedding Assistant
Teresa joined Christian Light Ministries in April of 2009. Prior to joining us, Teresa is the Corporate Financial Officer for Weaver’s Hardware in Fleetwood, PA. She is involved in many community organizations. She serves on the Board of Director’s with the Care-Net Pregnancy Resource Center. Teresa can be seen around Christian Light assisting the pastor with various activities for the bridal party. Some of those include: handing out wedding bulletins, running the Bose system, and guiding the bridal party down the aisle.
